    Bio: Damian Yanoupeth is joining Westby Associates as Executive Administrative Assistant. His experience in office administration, creativity, and his readiness to learn partnered with his positive attitude make him fit to support out client and internal needs. Damian’s drive and top career goal to help others achieve their dream sends a positive message to the community. He believes in the creative process and believes everyone has it inside themselves to achieve their goals.

    Damian graduated from Washington State University, where he earned his degree in Integrated Strategic Communications. There he discovered his passion for public relations and storytelling. He wants to help clients share their stories with the community, bridging the connection between them.

    Damian’s heart is meant to help others, his previous experience in program administration with Clark College Economic & Community Development gave him the opportunity to assist others in learning and growing new skills. There he learned to organize his priorities and build relationships with different community members. He carries positive energy, determination, and creativity wherever he goes.

    On his off time, Damian ventures the Portland-Vancouver area with his friends drinking boba tea and embracing the title “foodies”. He enjoys his downtime with his family, planning trips with his mom and godmother or playing board games with his brothers, and relaxing with his Shih Tzu, Reeses.
